Price Match Policy

OBJECTIVES

Through our ‘Price Match Policy,’ Hiramic is committed to providing competitive pricing on our custom jewelry designs. This policy is designed to give you the best value while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Should you receive a quote for a custom jewelry design from a competitor, we will match the price and offer an additional 5% discount, subject to the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This price match policy applies exclusively to custom jewelry designs. Semi-custom designs and modifications to existing designs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The policy does not apply to loose gemstones, ready-made jewelry, or stock items. Price matching is limited to the design and manufacturing costs, excluding additional services such as engraving, sizing, or rush fees.

COMPETITOR REQUIREMENTS

We will price-match custom jewelry quotes from competitors that meet specific criteria. The competitor must be a registered business in the United States or European Union and have an established online or physical retail location. Additionally, they should be a reputable jeweler with established credentials in custom jewelry design, employing certified jewelers. It is essential that they maintain appropriate insurance and quality guarantees, and they must not be an unauthorized dealer or grey market retailer.

QUOTE QUALIFICATION

To qualify for price matching, the competitor’s quote must adhere to specific criteria: It should be written on official company letterhead or sent through a verified business email and dated within the last fifteen (15) days. Additionally, the quote must include detailed specifications of the metal type, purity, design details, and stone specifications. It should also include all applicable taxes and manufacturing fees, match your requested specifications exactly, and represent a formal quote rather than an estimate.

VERIFICATION PROCESS

Our team will verify all price match requests through a specific process. First, you must submit the competitor’s written quote and contact information to our customer service team. After submission, please allow up to five (5) business days for verification, as our team may contact the competitor directly to confirm the details.

EXCLUSIONS

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:

• Prices below our cost of materials and production.
• Limited-time offers or promotional prices.
• Liquidation or going-out-of-business sales.
• Non-certified jewelers.
• Incomplete quotes lacking detailed specifications.
• Etsy stores, auction sites, or unauthorized dealers.
• Items below the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price.

IMPLEMENTATION

When a price match is approved, we will provide a written quote that reflects the matched price plus a 5% discount. Standard custom jewelry deposit requirements will apply, and all terms of our Custom Designs Policy will remain in effect. Please note that the price match quote is valid for ten (10) business days.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Hiramic reserves the right to verify any competitor’s quote authenticity and validity. We may refuse price matching if the competitor’s specifications do not meet our quality standards or if we cannot verify the quote’s authenticity. Price-matching quantities may be limited, and this policy may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

POLICY LIMITATIONS

Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order. The policy is limited to one price match per design and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. All price matches are subject to material availability and current market prices. This Price Match Policy works with our Custom Designs Policy and all other applicable Hiramic policies. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
